Blogging to Grow

This quote. I love it. As a college student who lives on campus at my University, I don’t have the opportunity to actively live such a life to the extent that I’d like to. After all, most of the people I spend time with on a regular basis are between the ages of 18 and 22. It is true that I have friends and acquaintances from different backgrounds and even different countries. However, on such a small campus, I end  up seeing the same people again and again on a day-to-day basis. That’s not a bad thing, of course…I love my friends and I love my school! However, there isn’t a whole of room to continuously meet new people. Okay, I digress, that probably also has a lot to do with the fact that I’m a socially awkward introvert. The point I’m trying to make though is that college, as much as I love it, can be really good at putting one in a small, closed off bubble…especially at a college as small as Morris!
