Hey, all, I’m on spring break right now, road tripping with a few of my college friends. Having a dandy time. Totally not logging on to WordPress. Nope, nope. I probably don’t even have any phone service right now.
As I dutifully write this a week in advance (I try to be a good blogger, yo), I can safely say that I’m probably missing everyone in the blogosphere a little bit and I’m also probably a little anxious because I’ve never been on a 22 hour road trip before (yes, we are driving 22 hours). Most importantly, I’m probably having a wonderful time with my friends, as we are hopefully getting the most out of this spring break as we possibly can–it’s our last one, after all.
HELL, I’M SO EXCITED FOR SPRING BREAK AND I HOPE I’M HAVING A BLAST TODAY!
However…
The reason for this blog post is not to hypothesize about my feelings and experiences of one week in the future.
Nope, the reason for this blog post is this:
Yes, folks, this is the first of 365 days where I can say I’m feeling 22 and actually mean it.
Happy birthday to me! I hope I’m making the most of it on my spring break adventures!
For the record, I do not consider myself much of a T-Swift fan; regardless, I have been waiting to write this post for ages just because this song exists…let’s face it, that’s the real reason I’m completing this post a week in advance.

It was, but I got to see and do so much and it was absolutely wonderful! I’d love another week off where I can just sleep, though. 🙂

Happy birthday Britta!!! This was a fun read. Listening to Taylor’s catchy song made me think back on the days when I was in my 20s. Oh, to be young and carefree… Be safe on the road and enjoy your spring break!

No, I was traveling with two friends and we took turns. We also stopped for the night and got some sleep, which definitely helped. It was a great trip, though! 🙂
